What lease terms do you offer?

6 – 18 months

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs, with up to two pets per apartment. Some breeds are restricted. Please see our Pet Policy for more details.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Please see all required and included fees listed in the application. Residents are responsible for additional utilities.

Is parking included?

Limited Garage Parking is available for $175 per month + tax. Please contact our leasing team to see if parking is available.

Are the apartments furnished?

We offer select co-living apartments furnished for your convenience. Please contact leasing for details.

How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?

5-minute walk to Little Italy
